As of 29 April 2016, GCC residence permit holders will need to apply for a UAE visa before arriving in Dubai. • The visa fees are nonrefundable and incase of order Cancellation additional charge of 40USD per application will be required.
• If your application is rejected by the UAE Visa issuing authority, company is unable to provide a refund and you will have to re-apply in accordance with UAE visa laws.

Visa processing time is approximately two to four working days without any interruptions, (the immigration have the right to hold the application for security checking more than that period without any responsibility on us). In case of any delay due to further documents request, feedback will be sent to client.

• For the nationality which we require security deposit the refund will be done within around 15 working days from the day of exit and after the client provide us with the exit stamp and exit flight details.
• The client should be cleared from the immigration system (his/her status should be showing left the country) for us to process the refund.
• The refund will be done to the same credit card or by the same payment method used initially for buying the services.
